How long will my order take to arrive?
US:
We aim to deliver your order within 8 to 14 business days.
Mexico:
We aim to deliver your order within 8 to 11 business days.
Guatemala:
We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 6 business days.
International orders:
Within 25 business days.
Please note, these timeframes are once your order has been dispatched by us. We generally allow 48 hours for dispatch, and during sales or promotional periods this may be slightly longer.
How much does delivery cost?
- Orders to USA: FREE on orders over $125, $14.67 on orders under $125
- Orders to Mexico: FREE on orders over $75, $8 on orders under $75
- Orders to Guatemala: FREE on orders over $60, $5 on orders under $60

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within days of delivery for an exchange. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
